services for Mrs. Esther Mae Collins, 99, of Livingston will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday November 17 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, Livingston, TN with burial in Fredonia Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 - 9 p.m.

Mrs. Collins died November 14, 2006 at Livingston Regional Hospital.  She was born September 21, 1907 in Overton County to the late James Martin and Leann Eldridge Carmack.  She was a cook for 17 years at the Blue Circle Restaurant.

She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Edith Cook of Livingston; grandchildren, Cheryl Marie Thomas and Kenneth Cook; great-grandchildren, Leah and Dillon Thomas and Travis and Jordan Cook; a niece, Jean Nivens of Livingston; and several other nieces & nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Sydney Lester Collins, sister: Ila Glen Ledbetter, and brother: Domer D. Carmack.
