services for Mr. Ricky Lynn Pompell, 44, of Cookeville will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 8 from the Rickman Chapel Speck Funeral Home, Rickman, TN with burial in Overton County Memorial Gardens, Livingston, TN.
Mr. Pompell died November 4, 2006 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born April 4, 1962 in Hagerstown, MD to Clyde D. and Mary Jane Witmer Connor. He was a self-employed carpenter.
He was affiliated with the Freewill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Donald & Mary Jane Connor of the Spring Creek Community; wife, Teresa Pompell of Double Springs, TN; daughters, Kaci Pompell of Townsend, TN and Carmen Pompell of Nashville; sons, Cody and Michael Pompell of Nashville; brothers & sisters-in-law, Terry & Linda Pompell of Cookeville and Don & Dorothy Connor of Rickman; sisters & brother-in-law, Lisa Allen of Livingston, Christina French of Lancaster, PA, and Teresa & Chris Brandon of Lexigton, SC; and special friend, Bennie Cravens of Livingston.
Pallbearers to serve are Terry Pompell, Don Connor, Jr., David Lamson, Bennie Cravens, , Roger Smith, and Jessie James.
