Funeral Services for Mr. William Odell Talley, 71, of Livingston will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, December 9, from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, Livingston, Tennessee with burial in the Campground Cemetery, Hilham, Tennessee. Mr. Talley died on December 6, 2001, at Livingston Regional Hospital.  He was born June 10, 1930 in Overton County to the late William Jasper and Sally Dee Brown Talley.  He was disabled. He was a Presbyterian. He is survived by a sister, Betty Kirkpatrick, Livingston, a brother, Marion J. Talley, Las Vegas, Nevada, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Paul Talley, and a sister, Mary Jo Poston.
