Funeral services for Mrs. Joanna Coleman, 70, of Livingston will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday July 3, 2007 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, Livingston with burial in Overton County Memorial Gardens, Livingston, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday evening 6 until 9 p.m.
Mrs. Coleman died June 30, 2007 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was born March 16, 1937 in Overton County to the late Marvi Dee and Tissie Mae White Brown. She was a garment factory worker.
She was a member of Fredonia Methodist Church and the Livingston Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband, Pal Coleman of Livingston; son & daughter-in-law, Rick & Fran Coleman of Livingston; step-daughter & son-in-law, Sherry & Dennis Hicks of California; 2 grandsons, 1 step-grandson, 2 step-granddaughters, 5 great-grandchildren, & several nieces & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Priscilla Brown Nolen, & 2 brothers, Albert Terry Brown and Marvin Larry Brown.
Pallbearers to serve are Nicholas & Whitney Coleman, Kyle Hicks, Gary Wayne Nolan, Brandon Speck, & Cody Speck.
Honorary pallbearers are Larry Harold Coleman, Ronnie Warren, A. D. Collins, Dennis Hicks, Bruce and A. B. Coleman.
