Funeral services for Mr. James C. Ledbetter, age 78, of Livingston will be conducted Saturday, April 5 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, Livingston, TN with burial in White Cemetery, Monroe, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday evening 5 - 9 p.m.

Mr. Ledbetter died April 3, 2008 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born June 13, 1929 in Overton County to the late Buck Harrison & Cora Elizabeth Rains Ledbetter. He was a pipe layer in the construction business.

He was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

He is survived by 3 brothers, Bobby and Glen Ledbetter, both of Livingston and Billy Ledbetter of Kansas City, MO; and 2 sisters, Barbara Pearson of Livingston and Laura B. Webb of Anderson, IN.

He is preceded in death by 5 brothers: Ray, Sherly, Lonzo, Mose, & Edd Ledbetter and 4 sisters: Christine Conner, Sally Pearson, Daisy Holman and Babe Holman.
