Funeral services for Mr. Arthur L. Freed Jr., age 51, of Livingston will be conducted at 1 p.m., Sunday, February 8 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, Livingston, TN with burial in Poplar Springs Cemetery, Livingston, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 5 until 9 p.m.
Mr. Freed died February 5, 2009 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born in Michigan to Arthur L. Sr. and Patricia Albright Freed. He was a hospital administrator.
He attended Netherland Church of Christ. He was a member of Hidden Valley Country Club and was administrator at Clay County Manor in Celina, TN.
He is survived by his wife, Donna J. Freed of Livingston; mother, Patricia Whitehair of Ellwood City, PA; father, Arthur L. Freed Sr. of Cookeville; sisters, Carrie Boots of Fombell, PA and Janilee Eagleston of Butler, PA; brothers, Maurice Freed and George Freed, both of Ellwood, PA; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Marion & Ann Cooper of Livingston; special nephew, Spencer Freed of Ellwood, PA; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
He is preceded in death by a son, Josh Whalen.
