Funeral services for Mrs. Delma Brown, age 84, of Livingston will be conducted at 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2009 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Jeff Short and Bro. Anthony Smith officiating. Burial will be in Overton County Memorial Gardens in Livingston. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3 until 8 p.m.

Mrs. Brown died February 15, 2009 at Masters Healthcare Center in Algood. She was born June 3, 1924 in Overton County to the late Walter and Mae Ledbetter. She was a flea market merchant.

She was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by sons, Robert Brown & wife, Diane and Jackie Brown, all of Livingston; daughter, Wilma Wheeler & husband, Garland of Cookeville; a sister, Zella Carr of Livingston; 4 grandchildren, Bobby & Donell Brown, Jane Wheeler Smith, and David Wheeler; 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Luther Frank Brown, 3 brothers: Roy, Ray, & Lonzie Ledbetter, and 2 sisters: Nola Collins & Allie Hawkins.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
