A memorial service for Mrs. Donna Marie Bartylak, age 46, of Jamestown will be conducted at 12 noon, Sunday, February 7, 2010 from the home of Theresa Wilkerson, 1008 Asberry Drive, Byrdstown, TN. The family will receive friends at the service.
Mrs. Bartylak died February 4, 2010 at the Overton County Nursing Home in Livingston. She was born January 23, 1964 in Clarksville, IN to Richard and Edna Gilliam Breeding. She was a clerical secretary for an electrical contractor.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Bartylak of Jamestown; sons, Doug (& Holly) Harris, Chris Bartylak, and Kevin Bartylak, all of Jamestown; daughter, Rachale Jordan of Jamestown; his father, Richard Breeding of Jamestown; brothers, Richard Breeding Jr. (& friend, Tina Akers) of Byrdstown, Charles (& Stephanie) Breeding of Great Falls, Montana, and Frank Tulley of Ocean springs, Mississippi; sisters, Theresa (& Tony) Wilkerson of Byrdstown and Angela (& Rob) Thompson of Ft. Lee, VA; 4 grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother and a sister, Marla Breeding.
