Funeral services for Mrs. Cozetta Rose Bilyeu, 71, of Hilham, will be conducted Friday, December 24, 2010 at 11 A.M. from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, in Livingston, with burial in the Camp Ground Cemetery. Rev. Dee Wells and Dr. Lyle Anderson will be officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday eveing 5 P.M. until 9 P.M.

Mrs. Bilyeu was born in Overton County Tennessee on February 13, 1939 to the late R. B. and Auda Mae Garrett Carter. She was a member of the New Life Community Church was a factory worker at Hutchinson.

She is survived by two sisters Trudy McDonald of Allons, and Joan Bilbrey of La Fountain, Ind. two brothers James Carter of Hilham, and Dewane Carter of Anderson, Indiana. A host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Agnes Phillips and a brother Arlis Carter.

Pallbearers will be Larry McDonald, Gary McDonald, Jeff McDonald, Gary Carter, Bob Carter, Levi Phillips, and Randy Bilyeu. Honorary Pallbear Jake Board
