Funeral services for Mrs. Geneva Catherine Pangle Bilbrey, age 86, of Cookeville will be conducted at 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2011 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Bobby Gore officiating. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens in Livingston. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m.
Mrs. Bilbrey died September 11, 2011 at Heritage Point Senior Living in Cookeville, TN. She was born January 9, 1925 in Overton County to the late Frank and Sylvia Crawford Pangle. She & her husband owned Peoples Dairy in the past where she was the bookkeeper & she was a housewife.
She was a member of the Livingston Church of Christ.
She is survived by 2 sons & daughters-in-law, Keith & Rhonda Bilbrey of Cookeville and Bobby & Jane Bilbrey of Fort Oglethorpe, GA; grandchildren, Patty & husband, David Dale of Livingston, Tammy & husband, Lee Stocking of Livingston, and Frank Bilbrey & friend, Michelle McLerran of Chattanooga, TN; great-grandchildren, Rex Dale & fiancee', Kristie Dillon, Tori Stocking, & Adam Dale; brother, Tim & wife, Peggy Pangle of Livingston; and sister-in-law, Ann Pangle of Algood.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Forrest Bilbrey, and a brother, Donald Pangle.
