Mr. Billy J. "B. J." Clark, age 90, of Livingston passed away September 17, 2011 at Livingston Regional Hospital. A private memorial service was held.
Mr. Clark was born October 15, 1920 in Tuckerman, AR to the late Hubert and Martha Harris Clark. He was an municipal accountant.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII.
He is survived by his wife, Bettye Eckstein Endicott Clark of Livingston; daughters, Jo Bowen of Dallas, TX and Patrice Randolph of Livingston; step-daughter, Betsy Goodman of Gallatin; step-sons, Todd Endicott of Birmingham, AL and David Endicott of Dandridge, TN; a sister, Virginia Smith of Edinburg, TX; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, first wife: Elsie M. Clark, son: Ken Clark, and brother: Paul Clark.
