A memorial service for Ms. Frances Emmagene Garrett, age 67, will be 11 a.m., Thursday, July 26, 2012 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with burial in the Antioch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the service.

Ms. Garrett passed away July 22, 2012 at Masters Health Care Center in Algood. She was born June 22, 1945 in Detroit, MI to the late Garland E. and Emmagene Martin Garrett. She was a case manager for Child Services. She was also an LPN and had her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism.

She is survived by 2 sons, Andrew Stover of Houston, TX and Jonathan Stover of Nacogdoches, TX; granddaughter, Kelsey Myers; sisters, Patty Spohnoltz of Cookeville and Linda Hicks of Livingston; brothers, Elmo Garrett and Joe Garrett, both of Monroe.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
