Funeral services for Mr. Albert Crit Daniel III, age 58, of Rickman will be conducted 3 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2016 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Roy Depolite will officiate. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery, with Military Honors provided at graveside by the Honor Guard of the James T. Davis Memorial Post 5062 of the VFW in Livingston. The family will welcome friends on Friday Afternoon from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m.
Mr. Daniel passed from this life on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at his home. He was born March 7, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Albert Crit Daniel II & Virginia Mae Johnston Daniel.
He worked as a Patrol Officer for the Overton County Sheriff's Department and other various counties for the past 10 years. He served his country for 20 years in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed hunting & fishing. He loved children & helping others, telling jokes and being with his friends and family.
Mr. Daniel is survived by 3 sons, Albert Crit Daniel IV of Chattanooga, Jeremy Daniel of Chattanooga, and Forrest Wayne Daniel of Rickman; daughter, Meleanie Marie Daniel of Rickman; brother, Terry Daniel of Cookeville; and a sister, Pam Daniel of Dearborn Heights, MI.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Wanda Daniel & Judy Daniel.
Pallbearers to serve are Tony Choate, Gerald Windle, Larry Phipps, Tim Reagan, Forrest Daniel & Mark Gore.
Honorary Pallbearer will be John Officer.
So saddened to hear of Als death I just recently had become friends with Al, he came to set and talk with me at the Dance on Saturday nights several times always enjoyed his company and conversation I will remember him always,Rest in Peace my friend and thank you for many years of service to our country and our community.
so sadden to hear of Als Death we became good friends in a short time with his visits to the Rickman Music Barn i always looked forward to his visits out here and wish I had know him even Better he was such a pleasure to be around and I will miss him greatly coming to visit, my prayers are with his Family Rest in Peace My Friend ,
