Betty Lee Dugan

Funeral Services for Mrs. Betty Lee Harris Dugan, age 84, of Livingston will be conducted 11 a.m., Monday, July 5, 2021 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  Bro. Nolen Cantrell will officiate.  The family will welcome friends on Monday morning from 10 a.m. until time of services, at Speck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Betty passed from this life on July 3, 2021 from the comfort of her home in Livingston.   She was born April 22, 1937 in Livingston Tennessee to the late Grady and Edith Alva Stewart Harris.  Christian in Faith, Betty was a 1956 graduate of Livingston Academy.  She loved traveling the country with her husband, and made prestigious works of art with her needle and thread.  

Betty leaves behind her husband of 61 years, Mr. Jerry Dugan of Livingston, TN; sister, Joyce G. Helms of Livingston, TN.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Billie Louise Danner; and brother, Roger Dale Harris.
