Jennifer and Nora Coffey

Funeral Services for Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Young Coffey, age 39, and her infant daughter Nora Victoria Coffey will be conducted 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  Bro. Steven Barlow will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Beaty Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Tuesday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.  

Jennifer passed from this life on Friday afternoon, April 9, 2021 and her infant daughter Nora on April 5, 2021 from the Erlanger Health Systems in Chattanooga.  Jennifer was born on June 12, 1981 in Livingston, Tennessee to Jimmy Young and the late Sandra Raye Roberts Young.  She was a 1999 graduate of Livingston academy and was close to having her Doctorate Degree.  Jennifer was currently the Pharmacy Tech Teacher at Tennessee College of Applied Technology, where she loved teaching.  Jennifer was always looking to help others before herself.  She enjoyed working for Holts Family Pharmacy before becoming a teacher.  Her greatest joy was her family.

Jennifer leaves behind her loving husband of 11 years, Clyde Coffey of Monroe, TN; daughter, Haleigh Coffey of Monroe, TN; father, Jimmy Young of Monroe, TN; brother, Phillip Young and wife Brooke of Livingston, TN; mother-in-law, Geneva Coffey of Livingston, TN; father-in-law Jimmy Coffey and wife Toby of Livingston, TN; nephews, Barrett and Cason Young of Livingston, TN; also several aunts and uncles.

Jennifer and Nora were preceded in death by Jennifer’s mother, Sandra Raye Roberts Young.

Pallbearers to serve are Isaac Kristin, Nathan Kristin, John Hall, James King, James Copeland, Curt Long, Daniel Landcaster, Johnnie Linder and Preston Parks.
