Livingston Funeral Home - Alma Lee Fletcher

Funeral Services for Mrs. Alma Lee Beason Fletcher, age 91, of Allons will be conducted 2 p.m., Monday, July 3, 2023, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home.  Deacon of Word and Service Sandye Fletcher will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Monday from 12 noon until time of services at the Livingston Funeral Home.

Mrs. Alma passed from this life on Friday morning, June 30, 2023, from the Bethesda Health Care in Cookeville.  She was born at home in Clay County, Tennessee on April 19, 1932, to the late Willie and Florene Dennis Beason.  Baptist in Faith, Alma worked many years as a seamstress.  She enjoyed flowers of all colors, traveling, and going to church.  She also loved cooking for her friends and family.    

Alma leaves behind her daughters, June Fletcher-Schiewe of Woodlawn, TN, and Deveena McGinley of Rickman, TN; sons, Terry Fletcher of Allons, TN, Randy Fletcher and wife Sandye of Columbus, TX, and Rickey Fletcher and wife Deborah of Livingston, TN; 14 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Bill Beason of Livingston, TN, and Jerry Beason of Cookeville, TN; sister, Sharon Phillips of Mississippi.

In addition to her parents, Alma was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Fletcher, son, Kent Fletcher, and brother, John Beason; granddaughter, Timmerri Schiewe Tillman.

Pallbearers to serve are Terry Fletcher, Randy Fletcher, Jerry Beason, Billy Breeding, John Maxfield, David Fletcher, Rickey Fletcher, and Clayton Fletcher.
