Mrs. Mindie Geneva Bilbrey Tinch, passed from this life on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Overton County Health and Rehab.******ATTENTION-CHANGE OF LOCATION DUE TO WEATHER CONCERNS*****  Funeral Services for Mrs. Mindie Geneva Tinch, age 95, of Livingston will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, November 8, 2025, from Livingston Funeral Home.  Bro. Doug Smith will officiate.  The family will welcome friends at Livingston Funeral Home from 9 a.m. until time of the service. The family would like to sincerely thank all the staff and administration, at Overton County Health and Rehab, for the care and kindness shown to our mother. 

She was born August 21, 1930 in the Dry Hollow Community of Overton County, born to the late William Hillary and Earnel Cantrell Bilbrey. She was a very kind and loving soul who tried to show these traits to everyone. Her hobbies were cooking and gardening. She was married to Ovle Tinch on July 23, 1949 with whom she shared 62 years. The mother of three sons Dannie of Livingston, Ron of Raliegh, N.C., Michael of Altamonte Springs, FL, one grandson Brian (Tammy) of Indiana, one granddaughter Melissa (Kelly) of Livingston, five great-grandsons Bret Tinch USAF, MO, Dakota Key of Virigina, Drew Key of Livingston, Mason Tinch of Michigan, and Daniel Key of Knoxville, TN, three great-great-granddaughters Maggie and Annie Key and Elsie Tinch. 

Pallbearers to serve are her great-grandsons, Bret Tinch, Dakota Key, Drew Key, Mason Tinch, and Daniel Key.
