Funeral Services for Mr. James Edward Reeder, age 38, of Hilham, Tennessee will be conducted 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Rev. Donnie Bull will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Monday evening from 4 until 8 p.m., then on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of services at 2 p.m.

Mr. James passed from this life on Friday night, May 3, 2024, from the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on December 11, 1985, to Bobby and Naydean Cox Reeder. James graduated from Livingston Academy in 2004. He loved watching, playing, and coaching basketball. He enjoyed participating in Fantasy Football. Most of all he loved hanging out with his dad. 

James leaves behind his wife Amanda Reeder of Cookeville, TN; two step-daughters Bella (Bear) Harris of Cookeville, TN and Addyson Paige Harris of Cookeville; parents Bobby and Naydean Reeder of Livingston, TN; two sisters Carla (Ashley) Reeder of Cookeville, TN and April Reeder of Gainesboro, TN; three nephews Jake Morgan of Livingston, TN, Ethan Morgan of Livingston, TN, and Jase Tate of Tompkinsville, KY; several cousins; special friend Matt Brown of Hilham, TN, and his dog Kobe.

James was preceded in death by grandparents James and Julie Reeder and Haskel and Nelldean, and uncle William Reeder

Pallbearers to serve are Matt Brown, Jamie Goodpasture, Ben Reeder, Jake Morgan, Ethan Morgan, Terry Coleman, David Smith, Nick Robbins, and Josh Gore.

Memorial donations made be towards the funeral expenses.
