Funeral Services for Mr. Mearl Stover, age 84, of Livingston, Tennessee will be conducted 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home.  Bro. Roger Lehman will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens.  The family will welcome friends on Tuesday morning from 11 a.m. until time of services. 

Mr. Stover passed from this life on Friday afternoon, February 23, 2024, from the Select Specially Hospital in Nashville, TN.  He was born at home in Clay County, Tennessee on October 7, 1939, to the late William Boydie and Melia Arms Stover.  

Mearl enjoyed fishing, country music, and watching westerns.  His greatest joy was spending every moment with his loving wife Jessie.  

Mearl leaves behind his wife, Jessie Stover of Livingston, TN; several cousins; brothers-in-law Odell Cantrell of Pendleton, IN, and Howard Cantrell Carlile, OH.
