Funeral Services for Mrs. Nell Cooper Kupkowske, age 81, of the Pleasant Hill Community in Allons, will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, May 13, 2023, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Mark Neely will officiate. Burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at the Livingston Funeral Home.
Mrs. Nell passed from this life on Tuesday morning, May 9, 2023, from the comforts of her home. She was born in Commonwealth of Virginia on August 15, 1941, to the late Charlie and Pauline Garrett Cooper. Nell worked for many years for the Chrysler Corporation. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, baking, and country music. Her greatest joy was her family whom she loved dearly.
Nell leaves behind her husband, Lawrence Kupkowske of Allons, TN; sons, Donnie Ruble and wife Cathy of Michigan, and Kevin Ruble of Allons, TN; daughter, Pamela Jean Pugliese and husband Marty of Michigan; grandchildren, Rachel, Heather, Jake, Michael, Stanley, Brandon, Austyn, Sandy, Teresa, and Michelle; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Charlotte Hoover of Allons, TN.
In addition to her parents, Nell was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles and Jimmy Cooper; and sister, Wilma Wooten.
Pallbearers to serve are Kenneth Ross, Brandon Ruble, Kevin Ruble, John Grimes, Shannon Englehart and Jimmy Chilton.
