Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Ralph Arnold McGinley, age 74, of the Windle Community of Overton County, Tennessee will be conducted 2 p.m., Saturday, March 6, 2021 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. President David Brandvold and Bro. Mickey Ledbetter will officiate. The family will welcome friends on Saturday from 12 noon until time of services. Military Honors will be provided at the Funeral Home from the Overton County Veterans Honor Guard.
Mr. Ralph McGinley passed from this life from the comfort of his home on Wednesday afternoon, February 17, 2021 with his loving wife at his side. He was born December 21, 1946 in Lynchburg, Virginia to the late Hugh James and Mary Elizabeth Coleman McGinley. Ralph was retired from the United States Air Force and a member of the Livingston Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Ralph enjoyed his church family, helping others and wanted everyone to be happy and be at peace with one another.
Ralph leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Devenna Fletcher McGinley of the Windle Community; sons, Ted McGinley and wife Karen of Altus, OK, Steven Jacob Carter and wife Samantha of Lucedale, MS, and Lucas Robbins of Mountain Home Air Force Base, ID; daughters, Dawn Humphrey and husband Jeffery of Waco, TX, and Rachel Sinclair and husband Heath of Lawrenceville, GA; brother, Hugh McGinley and wife Karen of Blakeslee, PA; sister, Sharon Hoensch and husband Glenn of Philadelphia, PA; 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Jospeh "Mickey" McGinley.
