Livingston Funeral Home - Skyler Everitt Smith

Funeral Services for Mr. Skyler Everitt Smith, age 25 of Cookeville, will be conducted 11 AM Tuesday, November 2nd from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home.  Bro. Josh Nave and Bro. Kenny Simmons will officiate.  The family will welcome friends on Monday evening from 5 until 9 PM at Livingston Funeral Home.

Skyler passed from this life on Saturday, October 30, 2021, from Cookeville Regional Medical Center.  He was born in Overton County on October 16, 1996.  Skyler always enjoyed working on vehicles, building vapes, racing trucks, and doing burn outs.  He enjoyed playing basketball and loved to make people laugh.

Mr. Smith leaves behind his loving wife Destiny Smith of Cookeville; mother Tina Gilpatrick Vaughn of Livingston; father Steven Smith of Livingston; sisters Jordan Savage of Livingston, Sydney Smith of Cookeville, Stormi Smith of Nashville, and Kaia Vaughn of Livingston; brothers Austin Smith of Livingston and Xander Vaughn of Livingston; grandparents and great grandparents; several nieces and nephews; and several aunts, uncles. in-laws, friends, and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Roger Dale Smith.
