Alice Ramsey Cole, age 90, of Allons, Tennessee, passed away on March 17, 2026.

She was born on September 28, 1935, in Alpine, Tennessee, to the late Radford and Mary Ramsey.

A Celebration Of Life Service for Alice will be held Friday March 20, 2026, at 4pm from the Chapel of Allons Baptist Church Bro. Damon Corley and Denton Hummel will officiate. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery. The family will welcome friends at 12 noon until time of services.

Alice was a faithful member of Allons Baptist Church and served there for many years as a Sunday school teacher and lived a life rooted in her faith. Her main priority in life was for her family and friends to have a relationship with Jesus Christ and to know that she would be together with them all in Heaven.   She had a deep love for life and found joy in the simple things. Alice enjoyed quilting, cooking, and working with all types of flowers, and in her vegetable garden. She also loved going shopping every Saturday with her best friend, the late Retha Ogletree and especially spending time with her beloved family.

Alice worked alongside her loving husband of 64 years, Billy Hayes Cole, Sr., and together they operated Miss Clean Laundry and Dry Cleaners in Livingston for 47 years. Their dedication and hard work were a testament to their strong partnership and commitment to their community.

She is survived by her son, Billy Hayes Cole, Jr. and wife Shirley of Hardys Chapel, Tennessee; daughter, Beth Ann  and husband Keith Carr of Allons, Tennessee; grandchildren, Tosha Clemens and husband Joe, Betsy Ann Carr, Ethan Hayes Carr and Wife Kerstan, Kristofer Carr and wife Lori, Julie Raines and husband Chad, Michael Carr and wife Kelli, Justin Davis and wife Jessie, and Jay Morgan and Wife Amanda; eleven great-grandchildren, Keaton Lankford, Kaston and Kinley Carr, Zachary Raines and fiancé Allysa Gentry, Nathan Raines, Avah, Emmy, Will, and Case Carr, Jacob and Madison Davis, Liam Morgan, Everett Hayes Carr, sisters Marie Greenwood, Diane Ramsey, Brother Ray Ramsey, several nieces and nephews.

A Special Daughter- Tina Williams of Allons, TN

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Hayes Cole, Sr., B., Junior and Roy Ramsey. Sisters Elise Cantrell, Della Boswell, Rillie Hill, Cella Swack, Stella Young, and Zella Ramsey. 

In Lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Bethel Cemetery fund at any Wellworth Bank location.

She will be remembered for her kindness, her strong faith, and the love she shared with those around her.

She will be forever loved and missed by her family. She will also be remembered for her strong faith and devotion to Jesus Christ and the love and kindness she shared with those around her.
