Speck Funeral Home - Anna Estelene Cobble

Funeral Services for Mrs. Anna Estelene Cobble, age 82, of Allons, Tennessee will be conducted at 11 a.m, Monday, April 24, 2023, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. Keith McCormick and Bro. Randy Dodson will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Martin Chapel Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Sunday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cobble passed away from the comforts of her home on April 21, 2023.  She was born in Clay County on July 18, 1940, to the late J.P. and Addie Claborn Melton. Estelene loved being outdoors especially in her flower garden and farming. She enjoyed working at the Union Bank and Trust. She loved her family dearly.

She is survived by brothers W.B. Melton and wife Peggy of Allons, TN and Terry Melton and wife Robbie of Livingston, TN; sisters Gerealdine Dubree of Monroe, TN and Winnie Brown and husband Wayne of Livingston, TN; nieces Tracie Puckett, Nicole Buell, Bethany Melton, Amy Brown, Andea Rigsby, and Rebkah Melton; nephews Clint Melton and Cody Melton; and 8 great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James Cobble.

Pallbearers to serve Johnny Poston, Keith McCormick, Clint Melton, Randy Dodson, Jeff Hammock, and Lonnie Melton.  Honorary pallbearers are her nieces and nephew.
