Private Graveside Services for Mrs. Liz McCormick, age 82 of Livingston, will be conducted Thursday, July 2, 2020, from the Overton County Memorial Gardens.  Bro. Danny Staggs and Rev. James Shenko will officiate.

Mrs. McCormick passed from this life on Saturday, June 27, 2020, from Livingston Regional Hospital.  She was born in Overton County on June 12, 1938, to the late John R. and Veo Hogue Johnson.  She loved her family and her Lord.  She enjoyed going to yard sales, talking to people, and meeting new friends.  She was a good storyteller and enjoyed working in her flower garden.  

Mrs. Liz leaves behind her daughters Angela Jones and husband Peter of Raywick, KY, Vickie White of Livingston, and Beth Geary and husband Mark of Livingston; son William McCormick and wife Meloni of Galloway, OH; grandchildren Lacey and Cassie White and Alex, Max, and Sarah Geary; sister Katherine Johnson; brother Bob Johnson and wife Ann of Warren, MI; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. McCormick was preceded in death by her husband Willard McCormick; brothers Wayne Johnson and Carl Johnson; infant brothers Wade and Lewis Johnson; and sister Allie McDonald.
