Anna Ruth Qualls, 96, of Livingston, passed away Tuesday October 15, 2024 at Roe Inpatient Rehabilitation Center in Livingston, TN. Funeral services will be held, Friday October 18th at 12 pm at Speck Funeral Home. The family will hold visitation Thursday October 17th from 5pm-9pm, and Friday, October 18th from 10am-12noon at Speck Funeral Home. Graveside service to follow at Good Hope Cemetery in Livingston, TN. Bro. Tom Halliburton to officiate. 

Anna Ruth was employed for over 45 years at the Department of Human Services in Livingston. She was a member of Livingston First Church for numerous years, and attended the First United Methodist Church of Livingston and active member of the United Methodist Women, The Red Hat’s, Civic and Garden Club, Exchange Club, American Legion Women’s Auxiliary and numerous other clubs/organizations. She enjoyed reading, photography, word searches as well as visiting with family and friends. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Grace Cobble, husband L.P. Qualls, two brothers James Edward Cobble and A.C. Cobble. 

Anna Ruth is survived by her daughter, Barbara Pennycuff (Husband Howard) of Crossville, TN; grandson, Matthew Pennycuff (Wife Rachael) of Cookeville, TN; three nieces Denise Burns of Bulls Gap, TN, Darlene Saddler of Bristol, TN and Diane Cobble of Johnson City, TN.   

Pallbearers to serve are Howard Pennycuff, Matthew Pennycuff, Keith Qualls, Troy Qualls, Mark Marshall, Ray Cooper, and Dewayne Qualls.
