Speck Funeral Home - Barbara Ruth (Morgan) Robbins

Mrs. Barbara Ruth Robbins, 87, passed away at the Integrity Healthcare of Celina on June 9th 2026. Barbara loved singing for the Lord and now she gets to do that for eternity. 

Funeral services will be held at Poplar Spring Baptist Church on Friday June 12th 2026, at 2 PM. The family will welcome friends on Friday from 10-2. Burial will be in the Poplar Springs Cemetery. Bro. Phillip Morgan will officiate the services. Her family will be acting as pallbearers in her honor.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Haskell and Dalpho Lawson Morgan, her husband and singing partner Wilburn Robbins, their son Roy Russell Robbins who died in infancy, and several other family members.

Barbara is survived by her sons Terry (Susan) Robbins and Morgan (Sarah) Robbins, grandsons Paul Holly) Robbins, Nick (Kayla) Robbins, Ian Flowers, Alex Norris, Wid Natalee) Robbins, Ty Robbins, and Tuff Robbins Great granddaughters Charlie Flowers, Knox Robbins, and Emma Dulworth and great grandson Gunner Robbins.

Barbara love to sing gospel music, especially with her husband Wilburn. Together they traveled all over performing at numerous churches and funerals. Barbara loved her family dearly and loved her church family as well. While she will be missed greatly, the family can take comfort that she is now with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
