Funeral Services for Mrs. Bonnie Jean Hargis, age 76, of Livingston will be conducted 12 noon, Thursday, May 16, 2024, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston.  Bro. Rick Lacy and Bro. David Beaty will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens.  The family will welcome friends on Wednesday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bonnie passed from this life on Monday morning, May 13, 2024, from the Centennial Medical Center.  She was born in Livingston, Tennessee on March 17, 1948, to the late A.T. and Leron Harris Presley.  Bonnie attended the Harris Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.  She enjoyed her many flowers and her little dog Lola.  She made many beautiful works of art with her needle and thread.  Her greatest joy was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren whom she loved unconditionally.  She also enjoyed getting all of her family together for family meals and gatherings.

Bonnie leaves behind her son, Chris Hargis and wife Sandy of Monroe, TN; daughters, Diana Foster and husband Joey of Allons, TN, and Margaret Fargason and husband Chris of Livingston, TN; grandchildren, Jordan Hargis, Josh Foster, Cody Foster and wife Arianna, Tyler Collins and wife Emily, Taylor Bryant, Logan Hull, Trent Hull and wife Allison, Emily Hargis, and Shawn Foster; great-grandchildren, Tucker Hargis, Aiden Collins, Caroline Bryant, and Sadie Collins; brothers, Bruce Presley and wife Treva of Hilham, TN, and Donald Presley and wife Lisa of Monroe, TN; sisters, Charlotte Masters and husband James of Livingston, TN, and Genevie Cantrell and husband Boyd of Rickman, TN.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband George Hargis, and daughter, Shelby Collins. 

Pallbearers to serve are Logan Hull, Trent Hull, Josh Foster, Cody Foster, Shawn Foster, Tyler Collins, Jordan Hargis, Tucker Hargis, Aiden Collins.
