He was born in Rickman, Tennessee to the late Charlie & Vallie Mae Burroughs Webb. Carl loved his family and especially grand, and great grandchildren-All were the sparkle in his eye. His love of family was only surpassed by his love of the Lord. He accepted his call to preach for many years at Flatt Creek Church of Christ and gladly shared the gospel. Always the outdoorsman, whether farming, trail horse riding, or camping, his later years enjoyed the start of the day with his coffee buddy, Robert Yates, making great plans for the day's events. There is no doubt that today, he has met up with old friends and family, and fast making new friends sharing a laugh or three to all those around.
