Mr. Charles Lee Ramsey, 72 , a resident of Livingston, passed away peacefully at the Overton County Health & Rehabilitation Center in Livingston on November 29th 2025. 

Charles was born in Jamestown TN to Charles Lee Ramsey JR and Genevie Carter Ramsey on July 8th 1953. Charles lived his younger years in Jamestown before moving with his parents and siblings to Indiana. The family lived and worked in Indiana for several years before coming back home to Tennessee in the mid 1970's. Charles was a quiet and reserved man who found peace and enjoyment in taking walks in the woods and looking for arrow heads. Charles was also a fan of science fiction movies and television shows.

Charles leaves behind to mourn his passing his sister Teresa Brown, his brothers Ted Ramsey and wife Sheila and Tom Lee Ramsey all of Livingston. He is also survived by his nieces Tosha Cassidy, Brittany Ramsey, Tawny Cantrell, Daphne Tudor, and Jessica Hammonds and a nephew Mikel Derek Brown. Also surviving are several great nieces and nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Cynthia Ramsey, Virginia Ramsey, infant sister Robin Ramsey and twin siblings who died in infancy.
