Funeral services for Mrs. Christine Key Reagan, age 78, of the Oakley Community, will be conducted 1 p.m., Friday, March 7, 2025, from the Fellowship Baptist Church. Bro. Jeff Watters will officiate, and burial will follow in the Fellowship Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Thursday evening from 5 until 9 p.m., and again on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the Fellowship Baptist Church.

Mrs. Christine Reagan, beloved mother of the Oakley Community in Allons, Tennessee, passed away at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center on March 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Her passing leaves a void that her family cannot fill.

Christine was born on February 24, 1947, at home in Clay County, Tennessee, to her parents, the late Andrew Doc Key and Ivy Adams Key.

She leaves behind a family who adored her and will forever treasure her memory. Surviving are her daughter, Penny Reagan of the Oakley Community, and her son, Doug Reagan and his wife Sheila, also of the Oakley Community. She is also survived by her two granddaughters, Savannah Reagan and Jillian Reagan, who were her pride and joy.

Christine’s family was her most precious possession, and she never grew tired of showering her abundant love and affection on them. Surviving siblings include Jean White, Jerry Key, and Tommy Key.

In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by her soul mate and beloved husband, Jack Reagan. She was also preceded by her siblings: Sue Vaughn, Barbara Stevens, Betty Lois Garrett, and Robert Key.

Christine was a devoted member of the Fellowship Baptist Church and was considered by many to be a faithful prayer warrior. She chose childcare as her profession and ran a daycare out of her home for many years. She was like a nana to all the children she cared for, and they affectionately called her "Tine." Christine provided love and guidance to the parents and became family to them as well.

Christine also had a deep love for planting and maintaining beautiful flower gardens. She had a green thumb and could bring almost any plant back to life. Her cooking was another joy, and she loved preparing meals for family and friends. Her fried apple pies, chocolate gravy, and pinto beans will certainly be missed by many.

Christine's passing leaves a lasting legacy of love, service, and devotion to her family, church, and community. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of all who knew her.
