Speck Funeral Home - Clara Daulton

Private Graveside Services for Mrs. Clara E. Chilton Daulton, age 92, of Allons were held this week from the Fellowship Cemetery.  Mrs. Clara passed from this life on Sunday, December 27, 2020 from the Overton County Health & Rehab in Livingston.  She was born in the Carter's Creek area of Clay County, Tennessee on May 7, 1928 to the late Joe Chatt and Louella E. Booher Chilton.  She was a 1946 graduate and Methodist in Faith.  Clara loved her family dearly.  She enjoyed sewing, gardening, old westerns, word puzzles, bluegrass music and the grand old opry.

Clara leaves behind her son, Craig Eugene Daulton and wife Kathleen of Monroe, TN; granddaughter, Rebecca Dilldine and husband Jonathon of Cookeville, TN; sister, Ira Ruth Chilton of Allons, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford J. Daulton; infant son, Michael Daulton; brothers, Edward Finis Chilton, and Joe Edwin Chilton; sisters, Lila Jean Robison, Norman C. Chilton, and Sara Mae Lee Chilton.
