Dapho Mushrush, 86, of Livingston entered into eternal rest at the Overton County Health and Rehabilitation Center on October 20th 2025.
Born on Feb 7th 1939 in Clay county to Amos & Annie Crabtree, Dapho was raised in the Turkeytown community as one of seven children. Affiliated with First Baptist Church of Livingston, faith played a great part in her life. Dapho enjoyed bluegrass and country gospel and hymns.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Mushrush, two of her sons David and Stanley Boles, her sister Avo Mace and her brother Lonzo Dillon.
She is survived by her sons James Boles and Steve Boles. Also surviving are her brothers Elmo Crabtree and Leo Crabtree, grandchildren Michael Boles, jeremy boles, Mark Boles, Shelby Boles, and Kevin Boles. Her great-grandchildren Logan Boles, Mina Boles, Brayton Boles, Hadley Boles, and Noah Nixon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Serves will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home at 12 noon. The family will receive friends at 10 am until time for the service. Burial will be in the Maxwell Chapel Cemetery. Officiating the service will be Brother Erick Barrett pastor of First Baptist Church in Livingston.
