Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Debbie Elsa Ouellette Smith, age 54, of Rickman will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, March 27, 2021 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  Bro. James Shenko will officiate.  The family will welcome friends on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until time of services at Speck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Debbie passed from this life on Sunday evening, March 21, 2021 from her residence.  She was born in Fort Dix, New Jersey on September 5, 1967 to the late Joseph Carlton-Normad and Elise Martha Anthony Ouellette.  Debbie's greatest joy was her husband and daughter and spending time with them on the beach.  She also enjoyed reading and cooking.

Debbie leaves behind her husband, Ronald F. Smith of Rickman, TN; daughter, Jessica Elise Smith of Mt. Holly, NJ; brothers, Johnny Ouellette of Blount County, TN, Joe Ouellette of Vorrhees Township, NJ, Jacque Ouellette of Willingboro, NJ, and Patrick Ouellette of Burlington, NJ.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents.
