Speck Funeral Home - Don Warren Obituary

Don B. Warren, 77, was born on February 10 ,1947, in Alton, Missouri to Major Nelson Warren and Martha Julia (Ford) Warren. He departed this life on October 18, 2024, while at Bethesda Rehab Center in Cookeville, Tennessee. 

 

Don was a United States Army veteran who served from 1966 – 1968. Once he was able to come home, he worked numerous jobs. He was mostly proud of being able to manage motels in different areas.

 

Don was united in marriage to his first wife, Bobbie Williams, and to this union, one son was born. He was then united in marriage to his second wife, Patricia Conner Warren, who preceded him in death on April 25, 2014.

 

Don is preceded in death by his parents, Major and Martha Warren; wife Patricia Conner Warren; and one brother, Leo Warren

 

He is survived by his son, Jeff Warren (Kim) of Dimondale, Michigan; two grandchildren, Hunter Warren of Alton, Missouri, and Brylee Bolla (Baley) of Piggott, Arkansas; two great – grandsons, Brantlee Bolla and Boone Warren; three brothers, Cleve Warren (Denna) of West Plains, Missouri, Clifford Warren (Laura) of Alton, Missouri, and Dennis Warren (Ruth) of West Plains, Missouri; one sister in law, Maxine Warren of Couch, Missouri; nephews, Todd Warren, Rusty Warren, Rodney Warren, Derrick Warren, and Jeremy Warren; nieces, Melanie Sult, Angela Johnson, and Andrea Bowers; along with numerous other relatives and friends. 

 

Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024, at Nelson Cemetery in Monroe, Tennessee, with Hunter Warren and Clifford Warren speaking. Family viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home Chapel.

 

Pallbearers will be Jeff Warren, Hunter Warren, Cleve Warren, Clifford Warren, and Dennis Warren

 

Services are under the direction of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston, Tennessee.

Military honors provided by Overton County Veterans Honor Guard.
