Mrs. Donna Marie Greeney, age 80, of Hilham passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Funeral Services for Mrs. Donna Greeney will be conducted on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Family will welcome friends on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and then again on Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of service. 

Donna was born in Venetia, Pennsylvania November 3, 1944 to the late Don and Gloria Ritter. Donna had a true gift for making things grow — whether it was the flowers in her garden, the delicious meals she lovingly prepared, or the deep bonds she shared with her family. She found joy in the simple things, especially when they brought her closer to the ones she loved. Her heart was as warm as her kitchen, and the love she gave will forever bloom in the lives she touched.

She is survived by her husband Jesse Bowden of the Timothy Community; daughters Karen Fender and husband Jeff, and Deborah Bowden; son Michael Greeney and wife Robin , Jack Greeney and husband Marty Philipps, and Matt Greeney and wife Lisa; grandchildren Michael Furlong, Molly Furlong, Owen Furlong, and Gavin Bowden; sister Lynda Ritter and husband Louis "Bucky" Hahn.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents Don and Gloria Ritter.

Pallbearers to serve are Micheal Greeney, Jack Greeney, Marty Philips, Tim Emerton, Gordon Pamenter, and Jeff Fender.
