Speck Funeral Home - Donnie Roger Carr Obituary

Mr. Donnie Roger Carr, age 66, of the Alpine Community passed from this life on Monday evening, May 29, 2023, from the Overton County Heatlh & Rehab. He was born in Livingston, Tennessee on November 3, 1956, to the late A.B. and Anna Ledbetter Carr.

Donnie leaves behind his sisters, Deloris Carr of Livingston, TN, Shirley Carr of Monterey, TN, and special niece Samantha Medley; several nieces, nephews, and cousins survive.

In addition to his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by his brother, Timmy Carr, and sister, Ruth Ann Carr.
