Graveside Services for Mrs. Doretha Louise Ogletree Flowers, age 78, of Livingston, will be conducted 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from the Holly Springs Cemetery. Bro. Jonathan Ledbetter will officiate. The family will welcome friends on Wednesday from 12 noon until time of graveside at the Holly Springs Church of Christ.
Mrs. Doretha passed from this life on Monday morning, February 22, 2021 from the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born in Akron, Ohio on April 25, 1942 to the late A.B. and Lela Carr Ogletree. Doretha was a 1960 High School Graduate and a member of the Livingston Church of Christ. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed going to church, studying her bible and playing pitch and pinochle.
Doretha leaves behind her husband, Charles E. Flowers, of Livingston, TN; daughters, Aimee Flowers of Livingston, TN, and Nicole Flowers of Cookeville, TN; grandchildren, Ian Chandler Flowers, Wid Robbins, and Ty Robbins; brother, Dewey Ogletree of Monterey, TN;
In addition to her parents, Doretha was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Ogletree.
Pallbearers to serve are Ian Chandler Flowers, Wid Robbins, Ty Robbins, Hugh L. Ogletree, Roy Ogletree, and Billy Lawrence "HomBre".
