Speck Funeral Home - Felicia Mitchell

Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Felicia Looper Mitchell, age 55, of Livingston will be conducted 3 p.m., Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  Bro. John Copeland will officiate.  Burial will be at a later date in the Hayes Family Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. until time of services at Speck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Felicia passed from this life on Sunday morning, April 25, 2021 from her residence in Livingston.  She was born in Overton County, Tennessee on July 9, 1965 to Nelda Sue Harris Looper and the late Kermit Conrad Looper.  Felicia loved her children, and grandchildren very much.  She enjoyed reading, and singing along to music.

Felicia leaves behind her daughters, Misty Looper of Livingston, TN, and Ashley Copeland and husband Kyle of Cookeville, TN; mother, Sue Looper of Cookeville, TN; grandchildren, Koda Copeland, Kole Copeland; sister, Carole Moore of Gainesboro, TN.

In addition to her father, Felicia was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Wayne Mitchell, and brothers, Mike and Gary Looper.
