Speck Funeral Home - Gary Elmer Sidwell

Funeral Services for Mr. Gary Sidwell, age 59 of Allons, will be conducted 2 pm Saturday, October 10th from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston.  Bro. Jerry Buck will officiate.  Burial will be in Turkey Town Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 8 pm at Speck Funeral Home.

Mr. Sidwell passed from this life on Tuesday evening, October 6, 2020, from his residence.  He was born in Jackson County on July 15, 1961 to the late Billy Gene and Evelyn Boles Sidwell.  He loved his family, spending time with his grandchildren, going horseback riding, and fishing.

Gary leaves behind his wife Patricia Sidwell of Allons; daughters Sandi Sidwell of Cookeville and Bonnie Moores of Atworth, Georgia; sons James Thornton and wife Tiffany of Baxter and Jesse Warden of Baxter; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sisters Donna Edwards of Livingston, Carol Breeding of Livingston, Teri Staggs and husband Jeff of Livingston, and Elena Bottorfoush of Allons; and brother Larry Sidwell and wife Angie of Allons.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Sidwell was preceded in death by his son Russell Lee Sidwell and sister Beverly Sue Boles.

Pallbearers to serve are James Thornton, Jesse Warden, Travis Denson, Thomas Edwards, Jeremy Hargis, and Steve Mansell.
