Funeral Services for Mr. JB Kyle, age 86, of Monroe will be conducted 1 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2024, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  With a Masonic Service at 1 p.m. Bro. Mike Adams will officiate.  Burial to follow in the David Richardson Cemetery, in Monroe, TN with Military Honors provided at Graveside by the Overton County Veterans Honor Guard.  The family will welcome friends on Monday from 11 a.m. until time of services.

Mr. JB passed from this life on Friday evening, January 5, 2024, from the Signature Health Care Center in Algood.  He was born at home in the Grassy Cove Community of Crossville, Tennessee on September 7, 1937, to the late Robert "Bob" and Dorothy Maybrey Kyle.  JB was a member of the Monroe Christian Church and a member of the Hatcher Hall - Eagle Creek Lodge #530.  He served his country in the Army from 1961 till 1963. JB was an avid outdoorsman! He loved to hunt and fish. He loved to go dry land fishing and loved to bird watch. He never met a dog he didn't adore, he truly believed they were man's best friend and had a soft spot for rottweilers.

JB leaves behind his sister, Helen Kyle of Monroe, TN; sister-in-law, Willa Mayberry of Indiana; nephews, Michael Mayberry and wife Tamara of Monroe, TN, Jeff Mayberry and wife Kris of Indiana, niece Amy Cherry and husband Tommy of Allons, Rachel Stafford and husband Wesley of Red Boiling Springs; 5 great nephews and 3 great nieces; 2 great-great nieces; special friends, Ronnie and Janet Swallows.

in addition to his parents JB was preceded in death by his son Bobby Wayne Kyle, and brother, Ordis Mayberry.

Pallbearers to serve are Jeff Mayberry, Michael Mayberry, David Mayberry, Tammy Cherry, Wesley Stafford and Ronnie Swallows.
