Mr. Jimmy Ray Bilbrey, age 34, of Manchester, and formerly of Overton County, Tennessee passed from this life on Tuesday morning, January 9, 2024.  He was born in Livingston on March 1, 1989, to the late Carlon Ray and Marlene Holman Bilbrey. Jimmy Ray enjoyed  raising and training horses. He loved spending time outdoors whether it be on the trails or going to the river. His favorite thing to do was spending time with his daughter, who was his pride and joy. Jimmy Ray Loved his family dearly.

Jimmy Ray leaves behind his daughter, Raylee Bilbrey; girlfriend, Brittany Tavalaro; cousin Jonathan Bilbrey; aunt, Vonda Wilson and husband W.T.; uncle, Glen Bilbrey and wife Bonnie and many other cousins.

In addition to his parents Jimmy Ray was preceded in death by his grandparents Ruben and Valley Holman and Jack Ray and Minnie Hazel Bilbrey.
