Speck Funeral Home - Joel Boles

Funeral Services for Mr. Joel Lee Boles, age 35, of Lebanon and formerly of Overton County, will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, April 3, 2021 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  Bro. Benny Sells will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Fiske Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.

Joel passed from this life on Tuesday morning, March 30, 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee.  He was born December 7, 1985 in Overton County, Tennessee to Jenny Vaughn Reece and the late Anthony Boles.  Joel enjoyed working on cars.  He loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and enjoyed riding dirt bikes.  Joel never met a stranger and enjoyed everyone he came in contact with.

Joel leaves behind his mother, Jenny Reece and husband Kenneth of Lebanon, TN; brother, Jeremy Boles and wife Ghina of Cookeville, TN; sister, Brooklein Reece of Cookeville, TN; aunt Sue Lee Boles of Livingston, TN, and uncle, Billy Ray Boles of Lebanon, TN.

Joel was preceded in death by his father. 

Pallbearers to serve are Jeremy Boles, Benjamin Worley, Dillon Ketchum, Kenneth Reece, Dakota Boles, and Derek Smith.
