Speck Funeral Home - Joyce Bilbrey

Funeral Services for Mrs. Joyce Faye Bilbrey, age 66, of Livingston will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, January 30, 2021 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  Bro. Danny Staggs will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens.  The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Joyce passed from this life on Wednesday evening January 27, 2021 from the Livingston Regional Medical Center.  She was born September 17, 1954 to the late Jewel and Dorothy Ledbetter Gore.  Joyce was a 1972 graduate of Livingston Academy, and a member of the Church of Christ.  She enjoyed reading, watching tv, and her little dog Carter.  Her greatest joy was her family and being at home.

Joyce leaves behind her husband, Jerry Bruce Bilbrey of Livingston, TN; daughters, Crystal Romines and husband Derek of Livingston, TN, and Cindy Mullins and husband Jared of Livingston, TN; grandchildren, Justin Rogers, Amy Rogers, Adriana Romines, Carter Romines, and Allie Mullins; brother, Rocky Gore and wife Brenda of Rickman, TN.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Liz Sells.

Pallbearers to serve are William Bilbrey, Wesley Bilbrey, Lucas Carter, Jared Mullins, Derek Rominen, and Justin Rogers.
