A Celebration of Life Service for Judy Savage Franklin, age 86, of Livingston, will be held at 3pm, Saturday, June 20, 2026 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Rev. Scott Sittloh will officiate. Interment will follow at Hill Gunter Cemetery in Alpine. The family will welcome friends from 1pm until the time of the service.

Judy Savage Franklin passed from this life on June 9, 2026 at the Overton County Health and Rehab Center in Livingston. She was born in Livingston on January 21, 1940  to the late Robert Henderson Savage and Emme Gertrude Ray Savage. Judy was creative and enjoyed quilting and tending her flower beds. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life. 

Judy leaves behind her brother, Dillard Barlow Savage (Betty) of Clinton, TN; her son, Scott Franklin (Lesia) of Livingston, TN; her daughter Lesa Franklin of Livingston, TN;  two grandchildren, Beverly Brown (Bobby) of  Hilham, TN; David Franklin (Meg) of Lebanon, TN; and 3 great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Brown, Bailey Brown, and Landon Franklin.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband LD Franklin, sister Reba Savage West, and her brother James Lester Savage.
