Kevin Todd Richardson, age 63, of Livingston, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026 after a long battle with throat cancer.

Known to his family and friends as Todd, he was born on July 30, 1962, in Atlanta, Georgia. He was kind, gentle and hard-working.

Todd served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Arkansas from January 1980 through May 1983. Following his military service, he settled in Marietta, GA, where he became a roofer.

When he wasn’t working, Todd loved to go fishing. Whether along the banks of a creek, the edge of a lake, or on a beach pier, he found his peace there — line in the water, eyes scanning the scene, patiently waiting for a fish to bite.

Todd was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn Ellis Richardson and Barbara Patricia Richardson, and his older brother, Joel Thomas Richardson.

He is survived by his younger brother, Timothy Glen Richardson of Livingston, TN; his sister-in-law, Rita Morgan Richardson of Livingston, TN; and his nephews Zachary Andrew Richardson of Nashville, TN and Henry Glen Richardson of Charlotte, NC.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
