Speck Funeral Home - Leigh Ann Simcox

Funeral Services for Mrs. Leigh Ann Simcox, age 72 of Livingston, will be conducted 2 PM Sunday, June 20th, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston.  Bro. Tommy Jones will officiate.  Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Sunday from 12 noon until the time of services at 2 PM.

Mrs. Simcox passed from this life on Wednesday night, June 16, 2021, from Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  She was born in Chicago, Illinois, on July 31, 1948, to the late Terry and Johnnie Stout Johnson.  Leigh Ann loved her family, spending time with her friends, going to the lake, cooking, and taking care of others.

Mrs. Simcox leaves behind her daughter Tracy Palmer of Livingston; granddaughter Kaitlyn Wright of Jamestown; sisters Sherry Maynord and husband Rick of Livingston and Angela Gore of Hannibal, NY; and brother David Johnson and wife Leta of Gallatin.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Simcox was preceded in death by her husband Doyle Simcox and her sister Nancy Young.

Pallbearers to serve are Chris Thornton, Brad Thornton, Robbie Maynord, Cole Cooper, Tommy Jones, and Cody Gore.
