Funeral Services for Mr. Lonnie Dillon, age 56 of the New Hope community, will be conducted 2 PM Wednesday, October 9th from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston.  Bro. Mark Whitley will officiate.  Burial will be in Maxwell Chapel Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Tuesday evening from 5 until 8 PM.

Mr. Dillon passed from this life on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from his residence. He was born in Overton County on January 23, 1968, to Jo Ella Key and the late Lonzo Dillon.  Lonnie loved to spend time fishing, hunting, and watching racing.  He was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt.

Mr. Dillon leaves behind his wife of 30 years Susan Dillon of the New Hope community; mother Jo Ella Key and husband Michael of Cookeville; sister Jennifer Davis Walker of Cookeville; nieces Jaden Davis and Chloe Walker; step sister Julie Davis-Peacock; step daughter Shelly West and husband Tracy of Hilham; and grandchildren Shayra Kelly, Shawna Kelly, Shawn Kelly, Maddox West, and McKenna West.

He was preceded in death by his father and Step Sister Greta Davis.

Pallbearers to serve are Micheal Smith, Tracy West, Danny Boles, Eric Vaughn, Cameron Burish, and Jerry Delgatto
