Mr. Marion Oscar Cooper, age 92, of Livingston, TN, passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday, May 15, 2025. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Overton County Memorial Gardens, with Bro. Robert Cooper officiating. Military honors will be provided by the DAV Hull York Chapter 5 in recognition of Mr. Cooper’s service.
Marion was born on November 25, 1932, in Livingston, TN, to the late Ulysses and Hessie Qualls Cooper. He deeply loved his family and cherished the time spent with them. Among his many interests, he especially enjoyed beekeeping, horseback riding, and farming. Marion found great joy in sharing special moments with his nieces and nephews and was happiest when surrounded by those he loved.
He is survived by: Daughter: Donna Boles and husband Mark, of Hilham, TN Brother: Steve Cooper and wife Zana, of the Poplar Springs Community, TN Sisters: Patsy Walker, of Rickman, TN, and Lura Dean McGuiness, of Georgia, A host of beloved nieces and nephews, including a special great-niece, Allison Cooper
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his: Beloved wife: Lora Ann Cooper Son: David Scott Cooper Grandson: Joshua Whalen Brothers: Charles Cooper and Keeton Cooper Sister: Sarah Hayes

Mr. Cooper's life was marked by love, service, and devotion to family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
