Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Frances Davis, age 74 of Monroe, will be conducted 2 PM Sunday, June 13th, from Christ Church Presbyterian in Alpine where she will lie in repose from 1 PM until the time of services. Bro. David Beaty will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Saturday evening from 5 until 9 PM from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston.
Mrs. Davis passed from this life on Thursday morning, June 10, 2021, from her residence. She was born on May 30, 1947, to the late A.B. and Nell (Bilbrey) Hill. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren very much. Mrs. Davis always enjoyed gardening, cooking, and canning, but most of all she had a great love for her Lord Jesus Christ.
Mrs. Davis leaves behind her husband Rex Davis of Monroe; daughters Janie Bilbrey and husband Roger of Monroe, Sheila Myrick and husband Rick of Livingston, and Ronda Ventimiglia and husband Pete of Livingston; step-sons Ryan Davis and wife April of Monroe and Bernie Copeland and wife Jennifer of Byrdstown; grandchildren LeAnn Davis, McKenzie Davis, Audrey Davis, Travis Pryor, April Bilbrey, Dustin Bilbrey, Michael Pryor, Joe Ventimiglia, Nick Aytes, Matt Ventimiglia, Rob Ventimiglia, Jesse Myrick, Mary Beth Hicks, and T.J. Copeland; great grandchildren Carrie, Hannah, Owen, Aubree, Maliki, Sebastian, Nathan, Parker, Noah, Cassy, Steven, Lexie, and Lizzie; brothers James Hill and wife Kay of Allons, Carl Hill of Livingston, and Jennings Hill and Sue Eldridge of Celina; and sisters Lois Key of McMinnville, Virginia Burton and husband Charlie of Cookeville, Joyce Lewis and husband Manual of McMinnville, and Ruth West and Kenneth York of Rickman.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her son Michael Edward Claiborne.
Pallbearers to serve are Travis Pryor, April Bilbrey, Dustin Bilbrey, Michael Pryor, Joe Ventimiglia, Nick Aytes, Jesse Myrick, Matt Ventimiglia, and Rob Ventimiglia.
